This celebratory anniversary event will honor the countless individuals who have shaped Grace’s remarkable story, from our dedicated board members, volunteers and staff to our steadfast supporters and community partners. Guests may also experience a unique glimpse into the heart of Grace’s mission through an engaging discovery tour highlighting the care and compassion at the core of everything we do.
